MAGNOLIA HILL is a dark, twist-filled one-hour supernatural drama set in a drought-stricken Oregon town where a mysterious energy force emerges from a crack in a residential street. This force transforms the lives of the townspeople, granting them their deepest desires at a steep cost. Amy Read, a funeral director with a troubled marriage, becomes the first to uncover the true nature of the energy's demands when she steps into the crack. As she and her neighbors grow obsessed with the rewards, they realize the energy's grip may be impossible to escape.

This is a haunting tale of desires, deception, and the unseen forces that compel us to confront the consequences of pursuing our deepest regrets at the expense of everything and everyone else. The serialized series is envisioned as three seasons, with 10-13 episodes per season, each building on the mystery of the supernatural energy. Season One warns: be careful what you wish for… lest it come true.
